July 2017 – GAC has been retained to perform a project assessment on a strategic initiative exhibiting suboptimal performance in cost, schedule and quality objectives. 

The Scope of Services included on-site interviews with stakeholders, reviews of documents and processes, an analysis of enablers and impediments, the development of options going forward, the preliminary development of a structured Project Management Plan as well as recommendations for going forward.
